Yes but not by cheats.
Just play like 200 rounds of vs mode.

PS. I am not sure if it is 200 rounds, but it is alot.

Those are the only characters. There are, however, many multiplayer weapons, stages, and, types of games that you can unlock.

there are no characters other that the above mentioned
i have played over 1000 matches
the last time i unlocked something was at 260 (simple stage 5)

i dont know if u can get panther leon or rob and all those people but if you cannot it would be weird because if u can get wolf u should be able to get all the other main characters

I got this the day it came out iv played 13,482 matches and you don't unlock panther or leon or anyone liar
