What is the ground power up and how do I get it??

ANSWERS

1. The ground power up is the super groundquake.

2. No its not, where near there, it's near the beach in the big rock your staff will vibrate if your near it.

To get it you need to take control of the sharp claws cannon but to do that you need a new power to get into the gate.

3. They mean you need to fire at them through the flame and have the orbs all the same colour.

The ground pound upgrade is in Moom Mountain Pass after the Volcanoe forcepoint Temple.
As for your 2nd question, you need to shoot at the 2 orbs. If only it were that easy. You need to time your fireblasts so you shoot through the flames when they're the same coloure as the orbs, going through the flames and hitting the orbs. If you timed it right, your shot will change colour and will be the same colour as the orb, so when it hits the orb, that orb will light. Do the same with the other orb to get inside.
