I am at the icy wilderness, frostbite village and I'm at the place where you get the light gem via floating platforms. I have beat the whole game except this gem. Because the floating platforms don't move!!! I've done everything and collected everything else in the game. This is the past thing I have to do, but there's no reason why the platforms shouldn't be moving! How do I fix this, I already tried turning my system off and on and all that stuff. Please help!
