Where on Radical Highway is the Flame Ring , and also can you talk me through on how to get to it ? , please help me , from sonic cheater

Yo I think wen you are about to get on the 1st rocket from going up that grappling hook, instead of moving forward, go behind you n press B to go under that spinnin thing then you use B again to collect the ring then you get to an area where the fire thing is

Near the start of the Stage, you should find a structure that leads up to a highway. After going forward a little, you'll come to another path that you need to turn to - instead of going the way that the camera goes, turn the other way. Now you should see a roller that you can roll under - after that there will be a line of Rings to Light Dash, then hit the Spring and get your Flame Ring.
