You have to have the shovel claw for this.
Go to Wild Canyon and go outside. Go down the path with the big statue at the end (not the statue head). Above the statue there is a painting. Dig into the middle of the painting and you will get Mystic Melody.
The chao on radical highway is hard to find.
Go to the bit where you are floating in the air and get to the to of that bridge. Go backwards down one of the siderails and it will take you to the chao.
You want to go to the upper route of the floaty part and when you get to that big raily part you go on the rails facing the back way you go on those and then you should see the shrine.
