I have giving my chao about 30+ dark fruits and waited over 5 hours and it didnt turn dark. Has anyone experienced this? If so how do I fix it?

Make sure you're using a Dark Character (Shadow, Rouge or Eggman). Try doing some Stages and collecting some Chao Drives to give to your Chao with a Dark Character. Also, you might want to pet the Chao with a Dark Character for a while; I noticed that the more/longer you pet the Chao, the faster it changes colour. Good Luck marth 4 ever!

That will definetly work sheiny, but there is one more thing i'd like to add. This happend to my brother before. What had happened to his chao was that it had matured into a nuetral normal chao when he wasn't watching. Once it matures, it can't become hero or dark. Now if the chao was a newborn chao, then I don't know what to say. But hey marth 4 ever, if your chao is mature and you waited 5 hours, stay in the garden for 10 more hours and the chao will get reborn and become a baby chao again. Just make sure that the chao likes you or else it will die.

Hey guys ty turns out that wasnt problem but I did get chao dark. And listen to this my chao (lvl 40 and up in all) died! And I'm sure it liked me!
