Everytime I leave my gamecube on through the night in the regular chao garden, with all my choas loving me, I always come back in the moring to two of them dieing.and all of them hate me. Why?

They require a bit of upkeep. Its probably because they've gone so long without you feeding them. Sure, they eat themselves sometimes, but thats not fool proof and doesn't always work.
time only passes in the chao garden when your in it. so while your standing there doing nothing your ignoring them and they're aging thus, dying from old age.
Funny I always wake up with more chao then I stared off with, seriously these guy are worse than rabbits but seriously you probably were not feeding them or giving them attention. Also chao only live to be around 4 years old depending on how you raise it and every three hours is one year so maybe it is the end of their lives already? Try leaving them alone for only an hour or two instead of 8, maybe that can help time pass without killing your chao.
ignoring it for too much will kill them you have to at least feed them when you visit it again and pet it care for it for those minutes (hours) you spend with it level it up with chaos drives as well
if you leave on at night your just wasting electricity. and I agree with those 4.
same happend to my chao and i feed it every day and it died (crying).
