By doing the following.
1.By reincarnating your Chao at least twice. It can be more if you want.
2.Feed it all 21 animals only once.
3.Wait and nuture it with the side you choose.
4.It'll evolve with it's cocoon.
5.If you hear some kind of sinister music based by an organ, you'll have a Chaos Chao.
Note:Once they're a Chaos Chao, they can never reincarnate. Choose wisely before making a Chaos Chao by raising more stats. Hope this helps you out.
