More chao help

I got 3 questions:
1. My chao named Champ went into a regular cocoon but when it dissolved it was gone. Did it die or teleport? 2. Is there a way to get a tails and knuclkes chao? 3. What would happen after you finish both chao karate and race with everything beaten?

1.Was the cocoon gray? If so,then that means it moved to the Chao Garden in the sky if you know what I mean.
2.You can get the Tails Chao by playing Phantasy Star Online II. The Knuckles Chao requires an Action Replay for the Gamecube.
3.Pretty much nothing. You just get the 4 Emblems there and thats it.
