Does ANYONE on this website know how to make a flame as a chaos floating ball thing? Somebody please post if you know!

That only appears on the top of their heads when they are going to go into a cocoon soon

If you would like to change the ball above your Chao's head to a flame, then you must feed that Chao a Half-Fish animal (also called a "sea monster." You can find these at:
1. Green Forest
2. Pumpkin Hill
3. Eternal Engine
4. Egg Quarters
Sorry, I do not know where these animals are found in their stages.
The only other way is to make a Dark Chaos Chao, I believe I put a post for how to make those in the "Hints" area.
