Date of Question: Mar 11 2008 | Question ID: 112452 This had happened to me and my friend a while ago and our best chao just disapeared and we never saw it again. It didnt change garden either and they were 3-5 years old I think. Mine had LVL99 stamina and his probally 60 stamina and 40 everything else. We really want to know how to get them back. |

When your Chao is 3-5 years old, it vanishes anyway. If you are really good to it though, it may reincarnate itself though. You will know because when it happens, the Chao will have a pink Chao shape around it. It will have 10% of the stats it had when it reincarnated though. If it dies, it will have a grey Chao shape around it. If it dies, there is no getting it back. I'm sorry.

You can't, he is gone for good. Either 1, he died and you didn't notice, or 2 you turned the game off when it was saving/loading chao data and it erased the chao.

I am sorry to have to tell you this, but you and your friends chao are gone forever. They probably died from old age, 5 is old for a chao, and just disappeared. They should reappear sometime, but they will have all of their stats cut in half.

They died my friend. If they didnt leave eggs, then they are gone forever. Sorry.

I'm afraid the people who have answered before me are correct - you chao is dead and gone forever. =(
If you want to prevent this in the future (and if I were you I would) then be nice to your chao - don't throw it, don't hit it, don't do anything taht will harm it. If you do all of that, It will die, but leave behind an egg. When this hatches, you will have your chao back, although the stats will have been seriously reduced. Just a way to make them better than before ;)
Sorry again for your old chao, but hopefully you can prevent this in the future!

He is dead. There is no way to get him back, unless you treat a Chao very good. If the Chao reincarnates, there is a pink cocoon, but death is a grey cocoon. I feel bad for you, but maybe you can avenge his death by making a chao w/ the same stats as your old one. P.S 5 is old for a chao.
