Well, I've found it extremely helpful to have Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno on my team. If you have a pretty good amount of money, I'd go to the Poke Mart in the Realgam tower and purcase three things: Blizzard, Thunder, and Fire Blast. Why? Because they're probably the best moves that Zapdos, Maltres, or Altricuno will ever learn. Although, I strongly advise you to go back to Agate Village and go to that lady underneath the cave and have her teach one of the three Fly Attack because it too is a really good attack.

Other than those three, I would suggest you to either build you Medicham or Meditate (same Pokemon, I just wasn't sure if you had bothered to boost him up at all) because Medicham can be a really strong Pokemon - and extremely helpful as well. Another Pokemon that I would strongly suggest is Vuplix or Ninetails, although if you didn't use a firestone on Vulpix I'm not sure if it will evolve. Ninetails is definetly stronger than Vulpix, though. If you don't have Medicham or Ninetails up to a good level, I wouldn't really bother trying it.. It may be a bit too much work to build them up from level 20-30. So two other Pokemon would probably be Lugia (you'll want to get it some better moves though) and Electrabuz or Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan. One last thing I would suggest is that you try to get a grass/posion Pokemon built up in case you think you may need it (personally, Roseila is my favorite pick for that).
