I understand that if you miss snagging any shadow pokemons from Grand Master Greevil, you can just fight him again for more chances, but does this include Lugia, if he was not snagged the first time?

I've searched other forums and some have said YES "you can fight Lugia again if you did not capture him the first time" and NO "Lugia is a 1 time only deal, snag or no snag"

Can anyone confirm this please, Is there a second shot at capturing Lugia(if not snagged the first time)when fighting Greevil again? P.s. I'm trying to get Lugia with the right "nature"
