You need a link cable that is for the Gamecube and for the GameBoy Advance. Connect the two and make sure that you've finished Story Mode so the Trading Center downstairs of the Phenac City Pok�mon Center is open. Then you can trade Pok�mon between the games.

HOWEVER: You can't trade illegal Pok�mon between the games, like Mew, Celebi, etc. You also can't send over Shadow Pok�mon either.
