Ok I got saphire to try a battle at the VS mode. I've hooked up the game..

Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

Ok I got saphire to try a battle at the VS mode. I've hooked up the game but then it said connection failed!

Confirmed that the GCN-GBA cable and game Pak are set properly. turn off a bla bla bla.. Well I had been reconnecting it but it then says the same thing!

Can you guys give me some simple instructions...lol

Ok, connect the GCN-GBA cable, make sure the Gamecube part is in Slot 2 of your controller area. Once that's done, connect, but don't turn on your Sapphire yet. When it tells you to connect the GBA, turn it on. Let it read it. You should then get the OK! Sign. Hopefully, otherwise you have a glitched game/Game Boy.

Also you have to save at a Pokemon Center or it wont work what Espeondude said was right I'm just helping to clarify it some.
