I lost to Zook at te building "???". I have trained my Pokemon and they are now eligible to beat him but here is the thing, he won't battle me again. I have talked to almost everyone in the game and I don't want to restart because that would be my second time. Please someone help me.

I think you have to go to the edge of the platform to an elavater but I'm not sure I havent played in a while srry
If you are just wanting to catch his Zangoose, wait until Mirror B. picks it up. It is actually easier this way because your Pokemon would be stronger when you see it.
