Is there a possibility to get one of the Johto Starters after completing Mt. Battle? I hear that some people didn't get any Johto Starter. So answer it A.S.A.P., please.

Yes, you can get a Chikorita, Totodile, or Cyndaquil after beating Mt. Battle. The catch is that you have to make a new challenge and beat all 100 trainers in a row without leaving Mt. Battle. After you defeat Battlus he'll give you a Johto starter. You can repeat this process to get all the starters. I'll list their movesets below:

Frenzy Plant
Cyndaquil: Reversal

Blast Burn
Totodile: Crunch
