Go to the snagem hideout then talk to the leader.Aftrer that go to pyramid place talk to the big guys and what never thought would happen, happens.

Go to the Snagem Hideout and face Snagem Leader Gonzap. After defeating him, he will give you a key for a chest to open. Then just go to the Cipher Factory and face Thug Zook to snag his Zangoose. After defeating him, you see that the factory is finally open and you want to go there, but once you enter there, those two guards will appear again and gaurd the gate. Talk to them again and they want to face you. Later, Snagem Leader Gonzap and his sidekick Wakin appears and will be on your side. Wakin's gloom will use Sleep Powder on those two guards and will put them to sleep. Finally, you can go inside the Factory.

Battle the big guy, who guards the front- then you wil recieve a message asking you to talk to Hordel- a man who has escaped from Cipher. When you do that-
He will tell you the location of Team Snagem. Go there- defeat the Leader. When you finish, go back to the Pyramid, beat the big guy again- then Team Snagem will help you get past the two men guarding the entrance tothe pyramid.
