Where is Orre Colosseum because I want to start the lucky egg quest?

ANSWERS

You can go to Orre Colosseum by defeating Master Greevil (Mr. Verich). Then Eagun (the owner of Orre Colosseum) will give you another cutted e-mail and tells you to meet outside of the Pokemon HQ Lab. Battle him and his team of 2 Lv 45 Pichu's, 2 Lv 50 Pikachu's, and 2 Lv55 Raichu's. Then you will be shown Orre Coloseum which has Lv 60 pokemon. Just to start you off on Round 1:
1. The 1st tranier will make you sleepy
2. The 2nd trainer will make you confused (hard)
3. The 3rd (don't know)
4. Rematch with Cipher Boss Lovrina
