Hi, I was wondering which Pokemon I should evolve and train and how do you get castform and walrein?

Evolve your evee into an espeon it is really good

Evolve Evee into a Jolteon or Umbreon. They're both extremely useful pokemon. Umbreon has few weaknesses and you don't fight too many rock or ground Pokemon in the game. I'm not sure you can even catch castform at all in the game, but I know that you have to evolve Walrein from the Spheal you catch earlier from on of the sextuplets at the first Cipher hideout. It's the blue one.

Evolve eevee to jolteon.it is very fast and easier to train.you can't get castform in xd.you have to trade it from ruby,sapphire,emerald,leaf green, and firered.in ruby,sapphire,and emerald,you have to save the weather institute from team magma/aqua.to get walrein,capture and purify spheal and evole it.it evolves in level 44.

Eevee into Umbreon or Jolteon and get castform from other games, evolve spheal.

Well it depends, you do need very strong Pokemon that can work together and has different combinations. You can't get Castform, but you can get a Walrein. Snag that Spheal from one of the guys, purify it, and train it if you want to.
