Hi guys I was just wondering how to start the quest for the Lucky Egg, and do you need anything for this quest I have already beat the game?

You start the Lucky Egg quest by clearing the first round of the Orre Colosseum. Eagun's wife Beluh will send you an e-mail. It says the Pokemon in Agate Village are losing their voices due to one of Dr. Kaminko's crazy inventions. Talk to the five Pokemon in Agate village and then head to the psyco doctor's mansion. You will get the first Voice Case. Go to Agate village and restore the voices to the first of many pokemon. It spreads to the Shroomish in Pyrite Town, four Pokemon in Gateon Port and four in Phenac City. After all twelve Pokemon have their voices restored, can you return to Agate Village and restore Wobbuffet's voice.
