How do you evolve the following pokemon:
 
 Baltoy
 Karvanna
 Meditite
 
 And also, can Arbok evolve into Seviper because I think I read somewhere that you could but I want to make sure. If it can, tell me how.

ANSWERS

Baltoy evolves at lvl 36
Carvanna evolves at lvl 30{AND ITS SPELLED WITH A C NOT K}
Meditite evolves at lvl 37
And Arbok does let me repeat does not evole into Seviper Also who ever told you that they are just crazy

By training they all evolve in time and no arbk and seviper aren't even close to eachother who ever told you that was crazy

I know now that baltoy evolves at level 36 and meditite evloves through trade, but can you be specific about Karvanna?

First of all, no Seviper cannot evolve from Arbok, they are two completely different pokemon.
Secondly, Baltoy, Carvanha and Meditite all evolve by lvl up.
Now, I 'm not entirely sure what lvl they evolve at but if you raise them all to lvl 35, they should definitely become Claydol, Sharpedo and Medicham

They all evolve at different levels.
No. Wherever you read that is crazy. Mainly because they come from two different regions. Arbok: Kanto. Seviper: Houen.

Whoever told you that was crazy! Arbok evolves from Ekans. Seviper doesn't even have a pre evolved or evolved form!
