Prof. Eevee answered:

1. Yes.
2. Type squaring (like look at the flow of those little blur balls on the set, then plae it according to the flow like golem-ninetales-bulbasaur-totodile, that gets perfect tempo (for some reason putting all Normal-type works too..) and just do that for all th 9 sets. Trade as you like. It doesn't need to be exactly the same Pokemon, as long as their types and effective against the Pokemon they're facing)
3. That's the only way..
4. Who knows? That's the way it is (probably because they want to make it more challenging).
5. Catch all the other 82 then wait for the radar to go off.
6. Yeah.. Maybe you KO'ed a few..
7. No, you fight Greevil again and try to get it. Miror B. Won't have Greevil's Pokemon.

CrystalTitan1 answered:

1. Yes and the purification is instintaneous.
2. Well, it's all about Types, a circle of four Pokemon with (a) Type(s) that is super-effective against the next one (One type per Pokemon is sufficient, you don't need to match them both) and the types make a complete circle with the fourth Pokemon's Type matching the first Pokemon's Type with super-effectiveness.
3. There is only ONE way to purify Shadow Lugia.
4. Because it is a respectable place and there are rules there, I can't take my "regular" Lugia in because it's a Legendary and it's too powerful.
5. You first see Miror B. In Cave Poke' Spot later on after you get the Miror radar, he appears randomly around Orre. Mostly at the locations: Rock Poke' Spot, Pyrite Colloseum, and Realgam Tower. After you capture the "other" "89" Shadow Pokemon, go to Gateon, climb the lighthouse, and Battle him for Dragonite
6. See the above answer.
7. No, if you faint'em Miror B. Will still never have the Legendary Birds. BUT, if you go back to battle Greevil again he will still have the Shadow you fainted from him, I know, I fainted Zapdos the first time, and I went back and got him on my second try.
P.S. And on a further note, the people in this game have really bad short-term memories, because everytime after you beat Cipher, you see them celebrating in the streets, confetti falling from the sky and everything, but everytime you go up and talk to them after you beat the game, they always say "Wow, you're battling Cipher on their own turf, good luck" and things like that. Oy!

Warning: this P.S. Is meant as harmless humor only, do not take literally!
