Train much with them or place them in the purify chamber with good pok�mon

Use Colognes that you get in Agate Village, walk around with them, use them in battle, call to them in Reverse Mode or stick them in the purify Chamber. The effectiveness depends on their nature, but since I don't think the natures are fixed for every shadow Pokemon in every game, I'd suggest 9 perfect tempo (purify chamber) and battle, they're the most effective for me. Colognes cost much too much, and the purify much too little to be of use at all.
