You must make all the tempos in the purify camber full and put XD001 (lugia) in any one of them it dosnt matter if there are other shadow Pokemon in the other ones. And it will automatically be able to be purified take it out it goes back to full shadow. So you can only purify it the purify chamber hense the main reason there is a purify chamber. If you are wondering y this is cabable is because Chipher didn't no about the chamber and Krane didn't tell them about it and didn't prepare for it.

You have to have perfect harmony in all 9 boxes, in other words synchronize them one must be stronger than the one after it

You must get max tempo in all 8 chambers and have Lugia in chamber 1.
WARNING: Lugia will lose cool color

Stick it in the Purify Chamber with nine Best Tempos, in any set you want. Is bar will disappear (just don't take him back out) and press A twice and you'll have a normal Lugia. (Makes a good pair with Colosseum's Ho-Oh)
