Capture 82 Shadow Pokemon first,then go to the lighthouse in Gaton Port,reach the top and have a face-off with Miror B.he has the last Shadow Pokemon,Dragonite,LEvel 55. Catch it and you have allt he Shadow Pokemon
If you catch all 82 Shadow Pokemon, go to the light house.
Then fight against Miror B. He will have a Shadow Dragonite.
