How do you catch Lugia with a pokeball

By weakening it alot and making it get paralysed or fall asleep
You have about a 10% chance of catching one with any regular pokeball, my best suggestion is to use the masterball....
He askes with a poke ball.
I wil say, use false swipe (fearow)
And sing (miauth)(spelling)
There may by more false swipe and singers buthese ones I know for sure they learn it.
Best to use a masterball, though it CAN be caught using plain ol' pokeballs. I finished the game in like 3 days. This works. You should have Pokemon with shadow half, use it about a million times and DO NOT USE ANY OTHER ATTACK AGAINST LUGIA. Remember to heal or it will ge knocked out very quickly. Once it's at about so little hp (a sliver) send out mawile or any Pokemon that knows false swipe (preferably shadow, though I caught him with a mawile (purified). THEN CHUCK ABOUT 100 BALLS AND HE SHOULD STAY IN THERE SOONER OR LATER.
Advice:DONT USE POKEBALLS! Use a master ball,or an Ultra Ball
