Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

I can't beat the boss of cipher key lair and I also can't find a way to quickly raise the level to my team.

Try to go to the Mt.Battle.

You can't train fast, there is just training. Use type advantages, and DO NOT use an electric type (my Jolteon's but got kicked in this battle). Try Mt. Battle and day care and shadows.
