Ok I am at the part where like I found the snagm hideout and I beat zook but I want to go inside the hideout but the bodybuilders (the gaurds) will not let me thrue and my freind says I have to find the outskirt stand but it does not come up on my map so how do I gent inside!! (p.s.im a boy)

Go talk to the guy at the top of the ONBS, he'll tell you where to find the outskirt stand.
You need to go to the second floor in the Onbs place. There is a person at the desk, and you talk to her. She shows you where the Outskirt stand is andtells you this guy is waiting there for you because he managed to steal a shadow pokemon. Hope this helps!
Its easy got to onbs on pyrite town and talk to the founder not on the roof but somewhere in the 3rd or 2nd floor then press a and he will tell you where the outskirt stand is. (p.s. I'm only eleven and I love pokemon)
What you need to do is go back and talk to the guy in the outskirt stand. He'll give you togepi and then when you go to leave he'll tell you where team snagem's hideout is. Team snagem doesn't have any shadow Pokemon, so you don't have to worry about that. Plus there aren't a lot of them left. One you beat Gonzap, he'll give you the snag machine back. Later, he'll have the guy who used sleep powder on you to use sleep powder on the gaurds. That's how you get inside.
You talk to the guys and answer "yes"to the question and gonzap will come and one of his men uses vileplume to put them to sleep.
