You can keep battling him until you win but if you want to catch Zangoose from Zook instead of Miror B. Than do what I do. Battle Zook and lose on purpose and then when you are about to leave you'll get an e-mail from Nett telling you to go to Team Snag'em's Hideout. Just go there battle a couple of members and find the boss's office. Battle both Wakin and their boss to get your snag machine, go back to the factory, and challenge Zook. That's what I do and it always works for me. Hope this helped.
