Is it possible to get Celebi, and if so where and how?

Someone told me you can catch celebi by defeating orre coloseum after you defeated eldes you go to Agate village Than you go to the relic stone than Celebi will apear

Snag every shadow Pokemon then beat the orre colluseum then beat mt. Battle from the start without loosing and then battle miror b. He will have a shadow celibi

There is no Shadow Celebi. The people saying it's possible to get Celebi inside XD Gale of Darkness are full of crap. The only way to get Celebi is by having it on either Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Leaf Green, or Fire Red, then transfering it over to XD.

Actually, you must purify all shadow Pokemon(I not know about Lugia) via agate village relic and the celebi will appear.

I have all the shadow Pokemon purified and you don't get celebi

Ok sorry but even if you purify all your pokemons you have to catch in the game, there will be no celebi at the relic stone, I know it because I try and there is nothing at all, but I will try the orre colloseum to beat all of them,(because I never take the time to go see at the relic stone after beat the trainers there :p)
