What is the Master Ball glitch and how do you do it

You have yo have both the master ball and another different type of poke ball. In a double battle, use your first Pokemon to throw the master ball. Then, using your second Pokemon, switch your master ball with a different pokeball. That is the only master ball glitch I heard of in this game
