It's really simple. First you need the Purify Center and Shadow Lugia. In every Set(1-9)place Pokemon that have a good match up that is super effective(Like Rock then Fire then Grass then Water).Do that for all 9 Sets and it will show a message about Lugia is feeling strange. Go to Pokemon HQ Lab's Puirfy Center Image thingy. Press A on Lugia. Then it's purified with the moves Psycho Boost,Earthquake,Featherdance, and Hydro Pump. Hope this has helped you out.

In order to purify shadow Lugia you must raise the tempo of all sets in the purify chamber to max tempo. Tip: If you have a few normal types, you should make as many sets as you can out of just normal types, and then make the Pokemon in the other sets all have type advantages over the Pokemon next to it. It will give you a message saying "there is something different about Lugia now" and you will now be able to purify it. Good luck.
