Where Can You Find Master greevil

Where do you find master greevil because I looked everywhere but still didnt find him can sum 1 help me itz gettin me mad

First go to gateon port and when you go down the stairs you will find a robot kyogre get in it and it will take you to citadark island and thier you will fight other trainers and meet with other previous foes and then at the top of the biulding you wiil fight greevil guards after that you will fight greevil Lugia and then you will fight him

Go to gateon port, use the robo kyogre, you will reach citadark isle, there when you reach master greevil, this is his shadow Pokemon party, I think there all level 50, tauros, exsegutor, rydon, articuno, zapdos, moltres. Bring a lot of ultra balls but use the master ball on shadow lugia.
