Apparantly there is a secret room in the HQ, I found a note below Kaminko's house and I asked everyone but know one knows. Also I'm pretty sure I checked everywhere.
Ps I figured that there was a secret room about a week ago and still can't find it.

Befor you beat the game at the island go to Krane. Leave and go to the room to the left on the 1st floor. He shows you the room and tells you to take whats in the chest. It contains the masterball
