When team snagem takes your snag machine you have to face miror b. And KO his shadow nosepass. After that I couldn't find him. Now I'm at citidark isle. If I didn't get nosepass, will I be able to get Dragonite? If so, will I be able to get nosepass as well? If not, where should I go when the radar picks something up?

Mirror b will have shadow Pokemon you miss in the game. All you have to do is go where the mirror radar says he is. After you have every shadow Pokemon, the radar will go off, telling you that he is at the top of the lighthouse, in which he will have you're shadow dragonite battle
