shadow voltorb still missing

Especially to shadowlugia001, but if someone wants to help me:
I have beaten the game, purifyed shadow Lugia, and also gotten the lucky egg.
While playing the game, the only shadow Pokemon that I missed is the shadow voltorb. When I captured the 81st shadow Pokemon, shadow Lugia, the mirror radar stopped working until today, and I don't know what's happening because it should have appeared months ago. If someone knows what´s happening, please tell me as soon as possible. Thanx

Shadow Voltorb is one of Minor B's only Shadow Pokemon. Next time the Minor Radar goes off, go to the Key Items part of your bag and go to the Minor Radar. By using this it will tell you where Minor B is. Go to this place - usually one of the Poke Spots or either the Pyrite Collesum or the Realgam Tower - and battle him. He will have the Shadow Voltorb.
Seeing as you still haven't snagged Voltorb you must not know that after you have capatured all of the Shadow Pokemon you can capture a Shadow Dragonite at Gateland Port. Shadow Dragonite is located at the top of the light house - Minor B's Pokemon are A LOT more powerful than before. Level 50+ so when go to battle him take stronger Pokemon, your best bet is to take Pokemon that are around the level of 60. His best Pokemon is at Level 57 and they have a lot of means of restoring their HP - which gets annoying, so you will want to nail them with some powerful moves.
