Question for Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

I'm confused when ever ms.mowz is not my partner next to me she is bobbery? How do I get bobbery as his normal self?

I don't get what you are talking about. Maybe you are talking about a glitch in your game or something. If not, check if you have your partner set on Bobbery.

Ms. Mowz and Bobbery are two different partners. You get Bobbery when you give him the letter from the Inn bartender in Rogueport, after you use your Yoshi to get to the other building on the East side of town. Jump to the top of the building, use your Yoshi to get to Bobbery's house. And crumple into a rolling piece of paper, into his fireplace.

Later, once you've beaten Chapter 5 will you be able to get Ms. Mowz. You can obtain her from accepting her trouble 'elusive badge!' and visit her on Zess T.'s house. (You can get there by going to the top floor of the Inn and going through the door on the far left of the room. Walk across the top and jump to the roof, she will be there.) Getting her "elusive badge" is simple enough: Go to the room where you first fought Hooktail, walk until there is a '!' above your head, then use Flurrie to blow away the covering. Take the badge to her back on Zess T.'s house. Ms. Mowz will then give you the badge and join your party.
