Hi everybody! PLEASE, I DESPERATELY NEED HELP!! I have been playing Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door and was able to get up to Chapter Five, Keelhaul Key. Everything went well until I had to enter the Pirate's Grotto. I have reviewed several walkthroughs and none of them say anything about HOW DIFFICULT it is to make Yoshi fly with Mario from the broken bridge to the other side (this is at the room right after the bridge with the missiles and cannons). See, Yoshi can only fly straight, you can't make him go up, and the other side seems to be higher. I have tried like 50 times to make Yoshi cross to the other side, and it's literally impossible!! He keeps falling in the water and my game is over in no time... Am I the only one having this problem? And how do I solve it? Is there any trick to be able to cross that broken bridge succesfully?? Please, please help me!!

If it's the room I think it is, where the bridge lowers down into the water for a small dip, and the place you're trying to get has a lower area with a higher area in the middle, then you DON'T use Yoshi. Just jump! After you get across the first part onto the island, though, you'll need to get onto the high area and use Yoshi to fly over from there.
Hope this helps, and happy hunting!
