I can't remember what chapter,but you need to complete the pirates chapter the one where you get Bobbery.This level is a train which you need to do LOTS of things.One of the things is this.You need to look for a switch to open the trail so the train can continue.The switch is in an abandoned train station.I know it's there,but I can't remember you will find it in a big treasure chest.Anyway,remember this when you get to 3 blue swithces which hve these numbers-
One has-1
One has-3
One has-10
So hit the switches with youre hammer equal to that number.I hope this helps.

You get the Ultra jump in the abandoned train station during you're ride to poshly heights. But I forgot how to get it but it is easy I know that! :)
