Just keep looking. He's in there. Try going back up the way you went the first time to beat the dargon and all.

Go up into the castle. Keep going up intill your on a pathway with goombas koopas flying koopas etc. Finally you will reach a room and battle hooktail and win. The Koopook will appear out of Hooktail's Stomach and give you a star crystal.

What you do is, you go where the little mouse was. Then go out the door. Then fall on the upper part then you will see a koopa.that is koopook
