Who frauded him. To find him, go at the left of the Merlon's house, and
Examine the wall. It's a fake one. You can actually walk through it and get
Behind, in the back alley. There, talk to the thief. He'll run away. Go to
The port and talk to him again. He'll run away once again. This time, go to
The back alley in the Rogueport Plaza, behind the inn. Talk to him and
Goomther will arrive. He'll then give you a reward of 20 coins for catching
The bandit.'
