On the train where do I find the necklace and ring I have to get? I have already found the ghost and got his diary.

Basically, you hide in the floor with Vivian, Zip Toad appears, when you come out of the floor, he starts to run around your room. Stand by something too catch him easier, the game takes you to the detective's room and Zip Toad reveals his true self. Which is actually Doopliss(yay!) and returns all of the things he stole.
