I can't go on!
Ok so I got the first three stars but I can't go on though the next tube to twilight city. It says it rejeted me what do I do?

It's been a while since I played this, but the alleyway next to the Prof's house will be the dark guy that likes to hide in the shadows, talk to him, and then it should work.

The alleyway near the professor's house. You have to walk really close to it to realize you can go through it. 
Talk to the dark person (Darkly) and he will write your name and so forth and then go back to the pipe.

You go into the alley way next to the Prof. House and talk to the dark guy in the back. Then you can go through the pipe
