I am in the X naut fortress. I can't find the second card key. I have the first and the third. (I beat the game show host).
There is one room with an electric floor that I can't seem to follow the path, I tried using Yoshi, but after the first square I get electrocuted. Is this where the last card key is? Any tips??

The Zap Tap badge has nothing to do with it. You have to watch the lights VERY carefully. By the way you do get the card key there
On the back wall there are two pictures they are both the same one on the right and one on the left. That shows the path that you have to take.
Hope it helps.
Look at the two pictures on the left and right and watch the lights. It will reveal which path you must take.
