People are saying that there is a hole in the wall near the entrance of creepy steeple butive looked every where to find it could some one tell what side its on or if its in the building or some thing.

Yeah, l got stuck there too.So here is how to get the Legendary Cookbook step by step
1)Go into Creepy Steeple
2)Right when you get in go up
3)You should see a very small, rectangular, hole
4)Go into Tube Mode
5)Roll into the hole
You should see a Shine Sprite and 2 chests. Get the Shine Sprite and open both chests. You will get a badge and the Legendary Cookbook!!
Go up Steepy Creeple and go through the rectangular shaped hole. Go into Tube Mode and slide through. Then roll through the hole to find two treasure chests and a Shine Sprite.
