Is there anything you can do with Shine Sprites after all your partners are as powered up as they can be?

After you power-up all your partners all the way you shouldn't have any more shine sprites, if you do then obviously you havn't powerd-up all your partners to the THIRD power-up stage.

(have you gotten and powerd-up Ms. Mowz to the third stage?)

You can get her by solving her trouble at the trouble building on the east side of Rouge Port.\\

If ALL your partners are filled up there are no more shine sprites.
Did you get ms. Mous as a partner.
