I'm in chapter 3 and a guy who calls themself x E-mailed me on my Mailbox SP and said to go to the watering hole outside the Glitz Pit. What do I do? I really need an answer because I am stuck on chapter 3.

Go to the juice bar just outside the glitz pit on the right side and talk to the green guy with the mustache inside and he'll give you a package.
