Well first, you see that bridge to your right then you use that little Yoshi and get to the other side climb up those boxes and then use your little Yoshi again to get to the other house you'll see a chimney turn into a tube and fall down the chimney and there you go. And if you get stuck on that you go back to the skull and tell him he won't come, after you talk to admiral Bobbery.
