It's me again. One other voice is Don Krieg.
P.S.: I think every character in the game has a voice that you can choose.
P.S.S.: I think that you can get voices by doing every move for a character in 'Training' Mode, beating the tower mini-game in training mode (If you want to know that, message a question about it here), or by winning some difficulties with characters in story mode. I can't remember if these work, so try them please.

There is one system voice for each character in the game, the default narrator voice, and two more "special" ones: the Straw Hat Pirates, and Zolo & Sanji. Have fun!
